The model reads the question, the cart and the conversation so far, then plans which store tools to call.

Matching products, policies and FAQs are pulled from the store's own catalog. Prices and stock come only from that data.
Store APIs (Shopify Storefront MCP and UCP)
The agent searches, compares, adds to the cart or looks up an order. Checkout stays on the store's own page.
